The Waterstones Round Up: August's Best Children's Books
I’m very excited to say that The Peculiar Tale of the Tentacle Boy has been chosen by Waterstones as one of the best children’s books published this August!
The retailer described the novel as a “stunning debut”, and in their review said The Peculiar Tale of the Tentacle Boy was “full of heart, adventure and wordplay.” It features alongside new releases from Alastair Chisholm, Sharna Jackson, Robin Stevens and Piers Torday amongst others.
I’m incredibly grateful to Waterstones for including me. I’ve loved visiting lots of local branches over the last week to sign their beautiful sprayed-edge edition, and can’t wait to get to some more across the country!
